Jefri Liriano is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the owner of a Merrimack Valley brokerage. He is also a developer and an AI engineer, which is an unusual combination in this industry and the reason this workshop is not theory.
He builds the systems his own team runs on: bilingual voice agents that pick up and qualify leads, automations that carry a deal from the first call to the closing table, and reporting that tells him what is actually working instead of what feels like it is. Everything he teaches is something already running in his business.
He works in English and Spanish, and teaches the way he wishes someone had taught him: show the screen, show the prompt, show what broke the first time.
