Liriano Academy is the education arm of Liriano Realty, located at 240 Pleasant St., Methuen, MA, and serves learners in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

When you create an account, the site stores your email, display name, authentication records, preferred language, and agent or investor audience preference through Supabase. If you save a tool report, the site stores its optional name, tool type, inputs, results, and creation time.

The site also uses first-party cookies for the authentication session, language, audience preference, and cookie-consent choice. Server logs may include technical data such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time for security and reliability.

We use information to provide accounts, restore preferences, save reports, protect the service, respond to requests, and understand or improve site reliability. We do not install analytics or advertising pixels today.

Current processors include hosting and Supabase for database and authentication. Planned, not yet active categories include payments, video delivery, marketing email, and analytics. Providers in those categories will process only the information needed for their service and will be identified here when activated.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with processors, professional advisers, or authorities when needed to operate the service, protect rights, or comply with law. Account and saved-report data is kept while needed for the service or legal obligations. You may delete individual saved reports in your dashboard and contact us about access, correction, or account deletion.

We use access controls and row-level security, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the site changes and will show a revised date.
